- Health Metrics: Real-time tracking of contact count vs. plan limits (e.g., 9,992 / 10,000).
- Global Discovery: Instant keyword search to locate customers by name or phone number.
- Dynamic Data Fields: Customize the data grid to show specific attributes relevant to your sales flow.
Pro Tip: Use the "Refresh" button periodically to re-sync the contact index and ensure real-time accuracy across team members.
3. Data Attribute Taxonomy
Wapto captures a rich spectrum of customer data points to enable high-fidelity personalization and lead scoring.
Phone Identity
Mandatory unique identifier with country code for WhatsApp delivery.
Lead Tags
Dynamic labels (Lead, VIP, Refund) for segment-based messaging.
Lead Source
Track origin (Ads, Website, QR) to measure campaign ROI.
Firmographics
Capture Company Name and Business association for B2B flows.
Preference

4. Provisioning Protocol
- Step 1: Initiation - Click the + Add Contact button on the dashboard header.
- Step 2: Mandatory Entry - Input the customer's phone number including the country code (no spaces).
- Step 3: Intelligence Enrichment - Assign tags, lead source, and sales notes to categorize the lead.
- Step 4: Database Sync - Click Create Contact to finalize and store the lead in the active CRM.
5. Operational Synergy
Workflow Example
- Import 1,000 leads from a marketing campaign CSV.
- Assign them the tag "Winter_Sale_Lead".
- Trigger a WhatsApp Broadcast specifically for that tag.
- Update status to "Active" as responses come in.

Troubleshooting: If an import fails, verify that your CSV structure matches the Wapto mapping and that no mandatory fields (Phone Number) are empty.
