1. Access & Upload Workflow

Follow these steps to populate your library with essential business assets.

Sidebar Navigation: Navigate to the Media section from the primary sidebar.

Initiate Upload: Click the + Add New or Upload Media button.

Drag & Drop: Select files from your device. We support a wide range of formats (JPG, PNG, MP4, PDF).

Finalize: Once uploaded, the file is instantly available in your Media Library for all agents.

2. Sending Media via Chat

Enhance your conversations by attaching media directly from your library during active chats.

Open Inbox: Navigate to any active contact or chat.

Trigger Attachment: Click the Attachment/Media icon in the message input area.

Select Library: Choose Media Library from the pop-up menu.

Choose & Send: Select your file from the modal and click Send.
