Overview
Once you successfully connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), all your verified phone numbers will be automatically stored and displayed in this section. This allows you to manage and monitor each number's status from a single dashboard.
Phone Number Details
- Verified Name: The official business name approved by Meta.
- Phone Number: The specific WhatsApp number connected to Wapto.
- Phone Number ID: The unique identifier provided by Meta for this specific number.
- Quality: The health status of your number (Aim for GREEN).
- Status: Shows if the number is currently Active or Inactive.

View and manage all your connected WhatsApp numbers in real-time.
Disconnect WABA Account
To remove your WhatsApp connection from this workshop, click the Disconnect WABA account button. This will stop all messaging services for the connected numbers. Additionally, if the WABA connection was QR-code based, it will also log out the session from the linked devices in your WhatsApp app.
Quick Tips
- Always monitor the Quality rating; a low rating might restrict your messaging limit.
- Ensure your Verified Name matches your official brand for better customer trust.
- If a number shows Inactive, double-check your Meta App connection status.
