3. Managing Connected Accounts
View and manage all authorized Google accounts from the central management table.
- Email: The primary email address of the connected Google account.
- Status: Indicates if the connection is currently Active and functional.
- Created At: The timestamp of when the account was first linked.
- Actions: Icons to navigate to Calendar management, Sync data, or Remove the account.
4. Google Calendars Management
Manage multiple calendars once your account is connected. You can view existing calendars or create new ones directly from the platform.
- Calendar Name: Title of your Google Calendar.
- Linked Status: Shows if the calendar is currently synced (Linked / Unlinked).
- Create Calendar: Use the Create Calendar button to add a new calendar to your Google account via a simple naming modal.
5. Linking Calendar
Linking a calendar enables the platform to read and write events to it for automation purposes.
- Click the Link icon to synchronize a specific calendar with Wapto.
- Once linked, appointment bookings will automatically appear in this calendar.
- You can Unlink or Delete calendars as needed.
6. Calendar Events Management
The Calendar Events dashboard provides a visual overview of all scheduled activities. You can switch between different visualization modes for better scheduling control.
- List View: A linear, searchable list of all events.
- Calendar View: A standard calendar grid (Month/Week/Day).
7. Calendar Views
Month View
A high-level overview showing events across the entire month. Great for checking long-term availability.
Week View
Focuses on a specific week with an hourly breakdown. Ideal for managing dense daily schedules.
8. Creating Events
Manually add events to your Google Calendar directly from the dashboard.
- Click Add New Event.
- Fill in event titles, dates, times, and descriptions in the creation modal.
- The event will immediately sync and reflect in your Google Calendar app as well.
9. Google Sheets Management
Log your customer data, feedback, and automation results directly into Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Spreadsheet Name: Title of the linked sheet.
- Spreadsheet ID: Unique Google identifier for the sheet.
- Append Data: Use the Add Row functionality to manually or automatically push new data into selected columns.
10. Search & Filters
Quickly locate accounts, calendars, or specific events using the robust search and filter tools.
- Search by Email/Name: Use the search bar for instant filtering.
- Refresh: Force a manual re-sync with Google servers to pull the latest changes.
11. Best Practices / Notes
- Permission Check: Ensure you grant "Full Access" during OAuth to allow the platform to create events and edit sheets.
- Regular Sync: Use the Refresh button if you've recently modified calendars directly on Google.
- Keep Linked: Avoid unlinking calendars that are currently used in active Appointment Booking configurations.
Important: Revoking access from your Google Account settings will disconnect Wapto and pause all active automations relying on Google services.
