2. Creating a Quick Reply

Adding a new quick reply is a simple process that allows you to store detailed response templates:

  1. Click the "+ Add Quick Reply" button at the top of the Quick Replies management page.
  2. A modal will appear where you can define the core content of your reply.

  • Search: Use the keyword search bar to find specific replies by their content instantly.
  • Filter Tabs: Switch between "All Replies", "Favorites", and "My Replies" to narrow down your selection.
  • Favorites: Toggle the Star Icon on any reply card to pin it to your favorites list.
  • Categorization: Each reply shows a "Mine" tag for items you've personally created.
  • Bulk Selection: Use the checkbox on each card for bulk management actions.
