Marketing Creation Guide

Quickly configure your Marketing template by selecting the appropriate category and experience type.

Basic Setup

Navigate to Templates, select Custom, and set Category = Marketing using standard naming (lowercase/numbers/underscores).

Call Permission Breakdown

This template automatically includes the call_permission flag in its payload. No additional configuration is required beyond the message body.

Carousel Product Breakdown
1. Message Body *

Main question or context for the carousel (min 1, max 1600 characters). Supports variables.

2. Product Cards *

Add between 2 and 10 cards to showcase products from your catalog.

  • Product Header: Dynamically linked via your product catalog.
  • Button Text: Fixed to "View" for all cards in a Product Carousel.

Carousel Media Breakdown
1. Message Body *

The primary text content that accompanies your media carousel.



2. Shared Button Structure *

Define the buttons that will appear on every card in the carousel.

  • URL Button: Redirect customers to a specific link.
  • Quick Reply: Predefined responses for users to tap.

Note: All cards share the same button structure; only the button text can be customized per card.

3. Media Cards *

Add between 2 and 10 media cards to your carousel.

  • Card Image: Upload JPG or PNG images (Max 5MB).
