Tech Provider Requirements
Step 4 of 4
Complete Meta Tech Provider onboarding so WAPTO can onboard client businesses via Embedded Signup.
- Open Tech Provider onboarding in App Dashboard → Use cases → WhatsApp → customize → Tech Provider onboarding.
- Complete prerequisites in order:
- Meta App Setup — app, webhooks, WAPTO admin credentials
- Business verified in Business Manager
- Publish Meta App — Advanced Access for messaging + management
- Connect WABA — system user and WABA linked

Each onboarded client must:
- Add a payment method to their WhatsApp Business Account
- Accept Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Terms of Service
